I joined Strive in March 2020 as the 10th employee and only designer. I built out user research and UX design from the ground up. In April 2021, we were acquired by FranklinCovey. Since then, I've worked to scale the Strive platform out to thousands of organizations as the FranklinCovey Impact Platform. I have designed features like:

• Learner onboarding which lead to a 42% microcourse subscription rate and an 84% completion rate.

• Course certificates, which led to a 7% increase in OnDemand course completion & have a 9.4% share rate

• 360 assessments that demonstrate a 4.5% improvement rate
